Frequently Asked Questions

Can I be an agent if I'm already reselling another service?

Yes! Many successful agents offer multiple services. However, you cannot represent direct competitors simultaneously.

Do I need technical expertise?

Basic understanding is required. PUPAM provides training and handles complex technical issues. You manage customer relationships; we handle infrastructure.

How long until I receive my first commission?

Commissions are calculated at the end of each billing cycle and paid according to your tier schedule. Bronze agents receive monthly payments, while higher tiers receive more frequent payments.

Can I upgrade my tier?

Yes! Once you meet the requirements for a higher tier, submit a request through the partner portal. Upgrades are typically processed within 5 business days.

What happens to my commissions if a customer cancels?

You receive commission for the period the customer was active. No commission is paid on refunded or cancelled services.

Can I white label without reaching Gold tier?

Custom arrangements may be possible for agents with proven sales history. Contact your account manager to discuss options.

Do I need to carry inventory?

No! PUPAM is a cloud service. All services are provisioned instantly online. No physical inventory required.

Can I operate internationally?

Yes, with approval. Some restrictions apply based on local regulations. International agents must comply with local laws and PUPAM's global policies.

What if I have a customer PUPAM can't support?

Submit a request to agent-support. For unique requirements, custom solutions may be developed for Platinum partners.

Can I sell at a discount?

You control your retail pricing (above MAP). You can offer promotional discounts, but sustained below-MAP pricing violates the agreement.
