Non-profit organizations, educational institutions, community groups, and charitable organizations with valid tax-exempt status (501(c)(3) in the US or international equivalents) are eligible. Organizations must serve underserved communities or advance social good.
Most applications are reviewed within 2-3 weeks. Seed and Growth grants typically have faster processing times. Impact grants may take up to 4 weeks due to their comprehensive nature.
Organizations can apply for one grant per year. However, after successfully completing a grant period, you may apply for a different grant level. We encourage growth and long-term partnerships.
After your grant period, you can continue services at our heavily discounted non-profit rates (75% off), apply for grant renewal, or transition to a standard plan. We work with you to ensure continuity.
Yes! The PUPAM Philanthropist Fund is administered by PUPAM Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Tax receipts are provided for all contributions.
The Philanthropist Program provides ongoing discounts for eligible organizations. The Philanthropist Fund is our charitable giving arm that provides time-limited grants, free services, and special support for high-impact projects. Both support our mission of digital inclusion.
